Terms of Service

By creating an account or using keenie, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Watch-session processing for creators is also described in the Data Processing Addendum. keenie is provided by János Gyurisán, Hungary. Registered address: 9400 Sopron, Vághy Ferenc 18. Contact support@keenie.io. Polar Software, Inc. is merchant of record for paid plans.

The service

keenie helps creators collect and analyze how people attend to video content. Features and plan limits may change; see Pricing.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 16 (or under the digital consent age where you live), a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy for you. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Accounts and content

You are responsible for your workspace, credentials, and content you add or link (including YouTube sources), and for having the rights to use that content and invite viewers. If you invite viewers under 16, you are responsible for ensuring their participation (including any camera use) is appropriate and lawful.

Plans

Paid plans may apply. Fees, trials, and limits are described at signup or on the pricing page. Paid features may change with notice through the product or email.

Paid subscriptions are sold by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record. Polar collects payment, applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues receipts and invoices. Purchases are also subject to the Polar Checkout Buyer Terms. You manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation in the Polar customer portal. The 30-day Pro trial does not require a card and does not create a Polar charge; after the trial this workspace becomes read-only until you choose a paid plan.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass security or plan limits, or use keenie unlawfully. Viewers must get clear information and any required consent (for example camera access).

Data

Watch session data is available to the relevant workspace for analysis. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Data Processing Addendum.

Ending use

You may stop using keenie and delete your account in Account settings, or email support@keenie.io. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or others.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of keenie.
